Onsite in Cagayan de Oro
BGS team members work from our dedicated onsite office area using BGS-provided work devices.
A night shift rhythm
The normal schedule is five shifts, Monday night through Saturday dawn, from about 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM. Some schedules are customized.
Guidance and accountability
Training, documented processes, coaching, quality checks, and quarterly evaluations make expectations visible.
