Candidate
We look for English comprehension, a sustainable commute, night shift readiness, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Referrals and other candidates are assessed against the same standards.
A PATH BUILT THROUGH PRACTICE
We aim to develop people from within. Growth at BGS comes with real work, clear feedback, and increasing responsibility, not a promise of automatic promotion.
FROM CANDIDATE TO LEADER
We look for English comprehension, a sustainable commute, night shift readiness, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Referrals and other candidates are assessed against the same standards.
The process includes an English assessment, informal vetting, and an executive evaluation. A conversation over coffee may help us understand your readiness and long-term fit.
Training generally takes four to six weeks and follows the onsite night shift. You practice with guidance and are evaluated before moving into a regular delivery role.
Carry out assigned client work using documented processes. Build consistency, accuracy, and ownership through feedback, quality review, and support from the client lead.
Serve as the client lead and the more senior worker on the account. Coordinate delivery with BGS Worker I, review work quality, communicate with the client, and raise issues that need a Supervisor's guidance.
People who demonstrate strong delivery, judgment, and team guidance may grow toward Supervisor responsibility supporting workers and client leads. Progression depends on performance and business needs.
WHAT HELPS PEOPLE ADVANCE
We look at the quality and accuracy of work, dependability, communication, ownership, critical thinking, and teachability. Quarterly evaluations include a personal discussion about strengths, areas to improve, and possible next responsibilities.
When someone struggles, our stated approach is to coach, correct, retrain, or reassign when appropriate before considering separation. Standards are real, and so is our commitment to development.
START WHERE YOU ARE
People can enter the conversation at different points in their careers. Training, practice, and clear feedback help show where someone is ready to contribute and grow.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
The process currently uses the EF SET English assessment, including reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
Be honest about your commute and your ability to work onsite at night over the long term.
We value people who show up, learn the system, ask good questions, and improve with feedback.
The path describes how BGS develops people. It does not announce a current vacancy or guarantee a role, salary, or promotion.
