BEFORE YOU APPLY

Know what the journey involves.

We want you to understand the environment and our selection process before you decide whether BGS is a fit.

THE PROCESS

From first introduction to training.

01 / INTEREST

Send your application

Tell us about your background, the area that interests you, and what you hope to learn. Attach your résumé as a PDF.

02 / ASSESSMENT

Show us how you communicate

The process currently includes an EF SET English assessment covering reading, listening, writing, and speaking.

03 / CONVERSATION

Talk about readiness and fit

We discuss your experience, willingness to learn, night shift readiness, and ability to travel to the onsite office. Informal vetting and an executive evaluation are part of the process.

04 / TRAINING

Learn with guidance

If selected for a trainee opportunity, training generally lasts four to six weeks on the onsite night shift. You practice with support and are evaluated before moving into a regular delivery role.

These steps describe our usual process. Sending an application expresses interest and does not imply a current opening, selection for training, or an offer of work.
